  Bill is clearly an expert in this field. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone with a fiberglass pool. Due to the depth of our pool, we had an issue with the water table. Bill referred us to a dewatering company, and there were no delays in the project. His maintenance instructions also insured that this resurfacing would last a very long time.

  Bill ( The “B” in B and L Pools is a powerhouse at jumping in and getting it done. He had the old fiberglass shell stripped off in about 3 hours. Concrete repairs , and there were a few, were made in preparation for the new stucco type surface. Bill removed the old pool light and installed a new one including the electrical connection to transformer. The refilling of the pool began the minute the last of the new surface material was troweled limiting the down time. The pool looks great, is warmer than the fiberglass lining , allows more foot traction and is beautiful to look at once again. B and L worked closely with our regular pool man to restart and balance the pool correctly. I HIGHLY recommend B and L Pool Resurfacing if your pool needs professional help. Darrell Dea

  My pool looks worse now than it did before they did their work. It's been 5 months and we are beyond disappointed and feel completely taken advantage of. $8K gets you horrible communication, lies, unannounced visitors, and a job you need to re-do all over again! So much for choosing a small local business...these guys are scammers! The products they use and the actual quality of work are complete JUNK. And the mess they make and leave....wowza! Extremely unprofessional company right here!

  They were great. Bill and Linda were both great to work with. Linda said Turn Bill lose and step out of the way, you"ll love the results. She was right. They were easy to work with and happy to do a great job. I would recommend them to all my friends. Thanks to them both.

  Bill is rude and very difficult to work with. We now have a leak and they refuse to call us back after leaving messages for over a month. I have to add water multiple times a week. There is a reason B&L is available and other reputable companies have a wait list. Go with a reputable company Edit after company response. Too much there to address. The leak is not in the pool light but in a jet that was replaced by the B&L staff, and worked on by Bill. Thank you for responding to a Google review and not calling me back after several messages. Others should please take note of the way B&L treats their customers
