  Since Google doesn’t let me leave two reviews: Don’t bother filing complainants with cooperate because all they will do is give you a reference number, say they’ll follow up and NEVER do. Even when you call for an update. This store will send people to your property weekly and harass you. Half the time the people they use are vile and aggressive. I’m pretty sure they send specific people to intimidate people at this point. You call the store to speak with the store manager and are met with rude belittling behavior. Have auto pay? Half the time it doesn’t work and if you mention that they claim you never set it up. I expressed concerns to cooperate, they acted like they take you serious then ignore you. If you like being intimidated and strong armed then go here. Also they’ll send two people in plain clothes that look like undercover cops in an unmarked vehicle to your property that lurk around then leave and also you’ll start having people show up late at your house then quickly leave (same type of vehicle might I add) when you go see what’s up window it’s after dark before they show up randomly again 😍

  I ABSOLUTELY love this store. I have been a customer for years. They are always willing to go above and beyond for my needs.The store managers Chad and Jarrod are fantastic people.

  My experience with this store; specifically the Manager Chad has been an absolute nightmare. My washer; which is slightly over a year old stopped working on September 21st, 2016. It's now November 30, 2016 and it has yet to be repaired nor have I been properly informed and/or updated throughout the process. When I called to inquire on its status on November 10th, 2016, I was told by Chad that the Samsung tech would be in to service it on the following week; however, it's been 2 weeks and still...nothing! Chad made it very clear to me during that call that he was not concerned with my happiness nor satisfaction as a client when he made the statement "I'm not going to call you every day to update you." which I never expected, but as I told him during that call; he nor his employees had called me once. The level of service here is horrendous and very much unacceptable!!! To say that he "dropped the ball" doesn't apply in this case, because he never picked it up. Chad takes no ownership or responsibility for consumer issues and/or complaints. He is extremely rude, disrespectful, and condescending when dealing with or interacting with clients. He is a coward and demonstrates both poor leadership and communication skills. This was my first time doing business with Aaron's, but definitely my last. I am utterly disgusted with this company and Aaron's can thank Chad for that. I am now waiting on the Head Regional Manager to give me a call as I am filing a formal complaint.
