I just got a unit at the 7411 South Military trail location and the two staff who were working on Sunday (I forgot their names! I'm sorry. I'm in the middle of moving🤯)A male and female employee who were AMAZING. The customer service from not one, but two employees was just stellar. I am giving you 4 stars only because the app does not work no matter how close I am to the entrance and the HQ should really fix that.

Sunil is very kind, patient, and helpful. Clean place and the AC is a good range. I’m moving my stuff out of another place into here because temp is way better. Thank you management and corporate for making this ac actually a healthy range. No mold issues no mildew smell. It’s farther from my home but I’m doing the drive because it’s that much better! I recommend!!!!!!!
