I would give no stars if that is possible. Do not buy a washing machine from Lowe’s and expect the company to be honest with you about the delivery date. BEFORE I made the purchase, I was told (by Terry) I would receive a phone call that night and delivery would be the next day. I made the purchase. Never received the phone call that night. I waited the next day and then I received a notification it would be 2 weeks. Not workable for me, I was going to cancel the order, however, the person I spoke with said they would fix the problem provided I drive to another Lowe’s to pick up the hoses since that was making the delay and that the washer was ready to ship. Ok, no problem, I did that. Take another day off of work to wait for delivery since the window is 7am to 7 pm. The day of the delivery, I receive a call stating that they don’t have any in stock and went back to 2 weeks away. Are you kidding me, Lowe’s!!! Get your systems in order. Nothing was matching in regards to the emails, texts, phone calls I was receiving. Did I mention the hours on hold trying to even speak to someone. 2 full days of work compensation missed and now to start all over trying to purchase a washing machine somewhere else. The attempt was made to support our local store but I’m beyond disappointed with Lowe’s and their inefficient processes. Not to mention, them “trying” to make it right and then making it worse.

Don’t use their shipping. was supposed to get a bbq delivered. They use a 3rd party delivery system. The third-party people never delivered my barbecue and called a random number and said the person who ordered the barbecue didn’t order it and to cancel the order, but they never called me and I’m the one who actually placed the order so now I have to deal with trying to get my thousand dollars back to my account. Jim the manager was supposed to call me back and he never did and I go to the store and Jim the manager couldn’t even come out to talk to me as I drove an hour to the store to resolve this issue. The cashiers were telling me. Oh yeah, I could just pick up the barbecue here, but Jim was telling me it has to be canceled and refunded and placed again. I will never shop at Lowe’s again. It is not worth the hassle. Please use Home Depot. I got the barbecue from them and the shipping was easy with no issues.

BUYER BEWARE, I spent $1400 on a new fridge from here just to find out that its broken, I asked for a new fridge but Liwes said no and set some repairman out to fix it, now don't this qualify as used, I mean it was broke Leaving the Lowes so it should be marked as used, I reached out to the ceo of Lowes and I got nothin from him, what a piece of shit, I recommend never buying from the ripoff store Lowes. I think since your gonna sell broken appliances you should sell them at half price. THIS IS WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU BUY AT LOWES
Frequently Asked Questions About Lowe's Home Improvement

How do I place an order with a tax-exempt account?

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
