BUYER BEWARE, I spent $1400 on a new fridge from here just to find out that its broken, I asked for a new fridge but Liwes said no and set some repairman out to fix it, now don't this qualify as used, I mean it was broke Leaving the Lowes so it should be marked as used, I reached out to the ceo of Lowes and I got nothin from him, what a piece of shit, I recommend never buying from the ripoff store Lowes. I think since your gonna sell broken appliances you should sell them at half price. THIS IS WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU BUY AT LOWES

Absolutely will not return to this location. We were looking for window shades and a rug, NO ONE in that department showed up, we asked multiple people for help, we wasted 45 minutes standing around for someone to help us… horrible waste of time and terrible customer service.

Extremely disappointed with the paint color-matching service. I brought in a physical sample of the existing paint specifically so Lowe’s could match it, but the paint I was given dried a noticeably different and much lighter color.
This wasn’t inexpensive paint, either. We paid a significant amount for paint that we reasonably expected to match the sample we provided. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize just how far off the color was until after putting in a considerable amount of work painting. Now we have to purchase more paint and redo work that should have only needed to be done once.
I understand that color matching may not always be absolutely perfect, but this isn’t a tiny variation that’s only noticeable under certain lighting. The difference is clearly visible on the wall.
The wasted paint is frustrating, but the wasted time and labor are even worse. When a customer brings in a physical sample for a color match and pays for expensive paint, the end result should be reasonably close to that sample. This experience was incredibly disappointing.

They only had some of the boxes we needed but another store had the rest of what we needed. So we paid the amount we were told took the boxes that were there. Nina said she would call to get the rest sent over to the store. Well when she calls the other stores they don't want to honor the price that the associate Darrell set. So the choices that we were given was either return what we have and get a full refund or get a partial refund and find another floor or go to the other store and get it at their price. Now both of your associates were told to call ahead to make sure that it was available. Neither one did and said everything would be ok. As you can read it was not and guess what else no manager available to speak with on the phone.
