It was a pleasant surprise to have a human answer my call. Ishmael was fantastic. He engaged me in conversation as he confirmed the information on his computer. He was friendly, efficient, and considerate of our storage needs. He set everything up right over the phone for us. The facility is well maintained, and very clean. There were plenty of dollies available to help us get everything moved in quickly. The unit fit our belongings perfectly. Thank you Ishmael you’re one in a million.
