Wonderful store they always have the stuff I’m looking for except for fluorescent light fixtures, which I’m a little bit disappointed about that cause I want fluorescent so bad but other than that I love this store. It’s got a lot of good stuff. I like to buy when I’m doing my home renovations mostly my drop-tile ceiling that I need to install.

First Encounter of being discriminated against by Sue Ann in Customer Service & Mark in Flooring. On 5.23.26 at Store Number 0179. My sister and I were shopping for quarter round, we found him and simply asked him could he help us. We said if you’re going to lunch it’s okay, please have another associate to assist us . He looked at us like we didn’t exist and to make the situation even worse we asked him to cut an inch off the 12’ quarter round so I could fit into my vehicle. He proceeds to cut it and had the audacity to say you know you have to pay for it and we waited about 5 minutes for him to return.He disappeared and left us. He was very disgusting & very rude too! I went back to Store Number 0179 again @ 6:30 to purchase two tubes of Liquid Nail at Customer Service . Sue Ann- She wears a Neck Fan around her neck! She was incredibly rude & very Racist towards me.. This is for Returns only. I said ma’am, I’ve always checked out here with a few items.. The witch told me to take myself to Self Checkout!! I said Lady, you know what, just forget it!! I literally had to walk to the lumber section to have Ms. Alyson to assist me. I personally went in the next day to Address it in person and I was told by a very nice lady in Customer Service that one of the Assistants , named Callie was told about it by Jaime & she will address both individuals. Apparently, it didn’t do any good!! I had a few items I returned today/6.5.26 at 10:05 because we didn’t need them. Out of All Associates, guess who I had another encounter with?, Sue Ann..She was very Nasty, Rude, & Very Racist!! My Brother from Philadelphia was with me and he said this why I don’t like shopping at this Lowe’s. I was trying to be nice to her and she said the number I gave her wasn’t in the system, I said it’s in there you just don’t want to find it. (I did produce the Receipt after wasting 5 minutes walking to my Car to settle the problemI)I told her it’s obvious you have a problem with me and I told her she has a very Nasty demeanor and you shouldn’t be dealing with Customers, Period!! To top it off she literally examined the box to make sure we had everything in it.. Really?! Corporate, Please handle this situation ASAP with Sue Ann! My Sister & I have done 3 Major Floor /Remodel Projects & purchased all materials from this Lowe’s and this how certain people are Treated!!! I’ve shopped here for a long time and my Sister just recently opened an account !! We may consider going to The Home Depot!! We’ve spent a lot money within 3 Weeks!! In closing, I will contact Corporate to make sure they read these Reviews!! Also , please talk to the Lake City Team!! Disgusted Customer!!!!
