Ordered a door on Aug 20th told deliver would be September 10th the 11th I called And was told order was never placed but they fixed it I will have it by the 15th The 16th was told it was shipped no tracking provided 17th was told vender never received order Now September 23th Still no solution had to get a refund DO NOT Order from this store Horrible communication between managers. Home Depot got my door in and quick didn’t have to waste 2 hours every day trying to get people to do their jobs.

Order a $450 vacuum cleaner for pickup today. This Lowe's is an hour away from me. I got to the store and of course the pickup is now automated there is nobody there. After 2 hours it still said order was not ready. I walked around the corner and asked the ladies at the desk where the vacuums were I figured I would just go back there and pick it up. They didn't know where the vacuums were. Another lady walked past and said they are someplace in appliances. I walked back to the appliances and found the vacuum section found the vacuum but I did not see the vacuum in stock underneath. I then looked for somebody that worked in the area and waited quite some time didn't see anybody at all. I then began walking adjacent Isles and walked around through the hardware section looking for somebody. I got all the way back up to the front of the store to the pickup to see if maybe we had past each other. No I had not I waited a little while still nobody came by to help. At that point I decided I would just cancel the error I was pretty upset after driving an hour. Some guy walked up to me in shorts and a t-shirt ask me if I scanned in my code. I started to explain to him that I don't think the item is in stock because it's not on the Shelf in the back and it's not up here. He asked how I knew this I said I walked back there and looked. He told me I wasn't allowed to do that. At that point I was trying to hold my temper being told I wasn't allowed to walk through a store. He went into some little room and slammed to this little gate shut in front of me and walked off. He wanted my order number and I again told him I think it's just out of stock. And then again tried to explain to him I walked back there and he then again told me no you didn't or something that's when I just lost it and yelled I'm just going to cancel the stupid order. 1 hour drive to and from the store. How is it that I'm not allowed to go back there and look to see if the vacuum is on the Shelf to where I could have just bought it outright and been done. And who was this guy just in street clothes. Home Depot is way too close to the store to be this nasty.
