  Jose is wonderful! Kind, professional, and doesn’t stop until every need is met. After a long, exhausting, interstate move, Jose helped us secure the perfect unit, walked us through all facility procedures, and ensured we were truly happy and well taken care of. The facility is clean, well-appointed, secure, and with copious pieces of moving trolleys to be borrowed. Cannot express enough the wonderful service and peace of mind we have received at Your Storage Units of Kissimmee!

  No recomiendo este lugar! Me dieron un precio! Y ahora recibo una carta para pagar mas por la unidad! Segudo ahí viven gente de la calle! Consideró que no es un lugar seguro! Si esa personas viven ahí. Se le hace muy fácil romper los candado con una tenaza. Poreso yo me mude y conseguí otro del mismi tamaño y mas barato!

  Tony, Jose, & Marilyn was AMAZINGGGGG!!! This was my first experience and they really took care of me. Everywhere I called tried up charging me or not telling me their extra fees until last minute. They took their time to explain the process and each fee. They made sure the size I chose was right for me as well as the location of the unit. I got a really good deal for my unit and they made sure I got a great discount for my first month. Thank you again guys for your amazing support and customer service. **To add this place was very clean and secure!

  I rented a unit here for six years. I have Vacated my unit now because of Tony. He is rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. He was always dismissive, unwilling to listen, and showed no interest in resolving concerns professionally. I was always disappointed by his behavior. I have now completely vacated my unit and would not recommend this facility to anyone based on my experience with Tony. However I have dealt with Jose over there. He is very polite and very professional. If they can replace Tony and bring someone professional like Mr. Jose then it would not be such a bad place to rent a unit there.
