If I could’ve left 0 starts I 1000% would’ve. Single-handedly the most frustrating retail experience I have ever had in my entire life. My partner and I came in after having an unexpected shower plumbing issue. We are young and completely unknowledgeable hence us needing extra help. We were able to find the aisle we needed to be in but, again, completely unknowledgeable, so we find a worker whose reply was “Did you check aisle 16?” after telling him that we did check but had no idea what essentially to look for he called on the overhead for someone to assist us and after waiting 20 minutes nobody showed. I found another worker who said she would call someone and send them over.. After another 10 minutes NOTHING. I understand workers are busy and all over the store but 30 minutes is RIDICULOUS. We ended up winging it and fingers crossed the products actually work … I’m glad others have had a great experience and wish that was the same case for us. Home depot was further but I would take the drive a billion times than feel like a bother at a store where I am supposed to be helped.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR APPLIANCES!
I am extremely disappointed with my recent refrigerator purchase from Lowe's in Kissimmee, FL.
On June 9, 2026, I purchased a refrigerator and paid for delivery, installation/hookup, and old appliance haul-away. The delivery team would not complete the installation and did not remove the old appliance, despite those services being paid for.
To make matters worse, the refrigerator does not cool properly. When I contacted the store for assistance, I was told that Lowe's only allows returns within two days of purchase. However, the delivery and installation process took more than 2 days, leaving me with little opportunity to discover the problem before the return window expired.
I spoke with store associates and management and explained that I paid for services that were not fully provided. Rather than helping resolve the situation, I was repeatedly told to contact the manufacturer myself.
I understand that appliances can sometimes have defects, but what is most frustrating is the lack of customer service and accountability. I paid Lowe's for delivery, installation, and haul-away services and did not receive the level of service I was promised. this is the worst customer service i have ever seen if i could give them less than one star i would, and it was NOT a final sale item it was brand new.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
