- CJcrystal johnsonMay 8, 20261.0This Lowe's location is the WORST!! I ordered items for delivery for lawn work I am having done tomorrow. Instead of delivering my items they delivered a PIZZA!!! They use a delivery service of some sort. I understand mistakes happen but this is ridiculous. When I called the store I was told they are "working on it". I asked when will someone call me to let me know the status or if I would get my items tonight. The super rude associate kept repeating the same thing then got annoyed and hung up on me. When I called back she let the phone ring over 20 times with no answer. I am glad the calls are recorded. No empathy, no regard for their customers. I will be reporting this to their corporate office and disputing the charge with my credit card company! Worst Lowe's location.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
