We try to keep our compound and personal home nice and clean in terms of the potable water that we use daily. I recommend trying to modify your tap water faucets and drinking water especially. We even keep our shower heads filtered and properly maintained. Give it a try and you’ll never waste a penny!

Honestly one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had in a while. I needed some wood for a home project, about $90 worth. I asked someone to tell and they kindly answered my questions, one of which was an inquiry about wood cutting. I was advised by the rep. John (or perhaps Jonathan) that I needed to pay before cutting. I went and paid with a nice older lady at the front near woof supplies, and she was also kind enough to call the same rep. back to cut the wood I had just paid for. My issue started at the machine, when a random manager (white, tall guy) decided to involve himself uninvited and unnecessarily. This is exactly how (word by word) : Stop! (To the rep who had just started marking the wood before cutting) . Sir, did you pay for those? - I nodded yes very confused - to what he responded: “got it” and leaves. I asked for 5 cuts. The rep tells me “hey just to let you know, I can’t do too many because management doesn’t like it” - he had already done 2/5 cuts I asked for. He said he would do the other 3. Suddenly, Mr. wood patrol (same manager ) comes back and starts hovering. Sure enough I can already see it’s exactly how the rep said . He was too scared to finish my 5 cuts and I didn’t feel like getting the poor guy in trouble. Is this what buying at Lowe’s had turned into? An employee scared to help a client for too long. Let’s assume that as per your policy 5 measly cuts are too much to ask for, perhaps show your manager how to be a decent person at the very least? Is yelling STOP! How your manager approach clients now? This is what I’d expect if they saw me running out the door with items I didn’t pay for, not standing WITH ANOTHER ASSOCIATE already being helped.
