    Front assistant with self checkout poor customer service not everyone who shop is a thief: you are there to assist the customer during the transaction make experience enjoyable i spend over 400 dollars not be stressful with your bad service to home if are not a people's person

    Removed my 5 stars. Today I went to this Lowe's to buy 60 bags of black mulch. I asked for help loading my van due to recent back surgery. You could hear them over walkie " oh great that sucks". 3 guys showed up and wanted to put it in with fork lift. I said no it's not safe due too pallet top heavy. Right there was the attitude. They started throwing the bags in the van. I asked to put neater and just kept throwing them. They were ripping as they were throwing them in. Once pallet was done i said that was 43. They said no. It's 46. I said how do you know. I was the one counting out loud. They told me it's common sense. They threw 14 more bags and left. I got home and bags were falling out of my van as it was packed so bad. 10 ripped bags and guess what. I was missing 3. This was the rudest Lowe's I have ever been too. I am a well known builder and will not be using Lowe's anymore.

    Please tell me how this location is still in business. If I could give ZERO stars I would. The customer service is terrible!!! I want to share my negative experience about this location. I called at 9:40pm, because I wanted to speak to the manager on duty. I was told the customer service manager was helping someone. I told the associate I’ll hold and was on hold for 15 mins. When the same associate came back to the phone she told me the manager was in the office and couldn’t come to the phone since they were closed. I asked, how is this store closed when it’s 9:55pm? Then I asked what time does this store closed? 10pm was the reply. So how is it that you all are closed? By this time, I had parked my car and was walking to the entrance. As I am walking I’m talking to the manager in the Flooring Department. He seemed helpful and I wish I’d continued speaking with him. There was a female manager with a short hair cut, approx. 5’9” tall who overheard my conversation with the other manager. She wanted to help me, but she frustrated me even more. She talked about how hard it is in customer service, customers cursing them out, it gets busy at customer service, and all kinds of bad experiences they go thru. Victim Blaming is what she was doing. How does Victim Blaming help me with my concern? I’m sure it wasn’t busy at customer service at 9:40pm-9:55pm. The customer service associate added to my frustration by saying in front of my, “I’m not giving her another discount…” How dare you make a statement like that in front of a customer. Please check your schedule, 4.7.26 @ 9:55pm., to see who your closing customer associate was during that time. The concern that I had was NEVER resolved. Can we do better? If you don’t want to work with customers DON’T work in customer service. Not ALL customers are rude and angry, but when a customer deals with inadequate manager(s) that can make a customer angry and frustrated. Please do better…
