Extra Space recently acquired the facility I leave my work truck. Angel the new property manager was very helpful making sure access wouldn't be an issue due to my type of work. I look forward to the 5 plus start service and continuing my patronage under them

If you need consistent access to your belongings, look elsewhere. This facility has major maintenance issues—specifically with the front gate—that result in the entire building being inaccessible. 4 times within the year this happened!
Management: Non-existent. No one is ever in the office.
Communication: Zero. They do not return calls or acknowledge complaints.
Accountability: None. We were never offered a refund or credit for the multiple times their broken equipment cost us money.
We’ve since moved to a new facility Storage Rentals of America where the service is the "complete opposite"—helpful staff, better security, and lower rates. Moving was the best decision we made.
