My unit was burglarized because of the facility’s inadequate security. The thieves cut off my lock, replaced it with another lock, broke open my luggage, and stole my property. I have already reported the incident to the police and will also be pursuing an insurance claim. The facility’s security and management are unacceptable. Customers pay to store their belongings safely, yet my property was left vulnerable to theft. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Extra Space Storage. Extremely disappointed.
