The manager and regular staff here are fantastic, but my interaction with the assistant manager, Ishmael, completely ruined my experience.
I discovered a shattered mirror in my professionally loaded unit that had fallen on my irreplaceable keepsakes. I called to check on my insurance options ,I wasn't angry, just looking for help.
Instead of assisting me, Ishmael gave me immense attitude and bizarrely told me I needed "probable cause" to file a claim. His tone was rude and accusatory.
Accidents happen, and I was originally just going to trash the broken items and move on. But Ishmael's blatant disrespect is the reason I am emptying my unit. I refuse to pay a business that allows its management to treat customers this way.

Be aware of this place. I called in and spoke to Thomas to see if they had a unit available
He said yes but you need to hurry and act fast it’s the last one and quoted me a price. So I got of work early when I got there it’s now a different price
More expensive and the only way to give me a Better price is to pay 4 months in advanced up front
And it’s still not the same price I was quoted.
I was pressured and lied too. This was a big waist of time. No business should operate this way
That’s why I’m taking my business elsewhere
