I recently rented a storage unit here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The facility is brand new, clean, and very well maintained. What I loved most is that it feels more personal, and the customer service is outstanding.
Lourdes was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. She took the time to show me the different unit sizes, explain the benefits of each option, and answer all of my questions. She even helped me find a unit conveniently located near the elevator, which made the decision much easier.
On top of that, they offered me an amazing rate and even gave me the first month free. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for excellent service and a great value.
