The store layout was organized well enough to browse comfortably without feeling overwhelmed by too many options at once. Compared to larger furniture chains where everything can start looking repetitive, this store had a more curated and stylish selection overall. The employees were friendly and available when needed, but they never hovered or pressured us into making quick decisions. We ended up finding several pieces that completely refreshed the room without needing a full renovation.

My experience this week AT HOME in Kissimmee was exceptionally good! I was shopping for outdoor planters which are very heavy and awkward to load into my car, that’s when four Superwoman who work in the store came to my rescue. EDIA, MELINDA, HOLLY, and MICHELLE R., loaded the planters, secured them for the drive and refused a tip. I came back the next day for more planters and they greeted me with great enthusiasm and kindness and loaded my car up again. I can’t say enough about these 4 incredible woman and their willingness to make a customer happy. Thank you ladies and thank you At Home for hiring such good people!

The facility at Kissimmee is very clean and organized the staff members will assist the customers at any time. Even if they have to stop working. Excellent facility

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
