  The staff were so patient with my 91 dad who uses a wheelchair. He was looking for a electric lounge chair. They help him try muiltple chairs till he found the perfect one! No pressure, just lots patience & understanding to his needs & wants!

  Most of my review is directed to the delivery service they give you now options no days no times and the responses can’t guarantee that so even though my chair came in I have to wait a whole month in order to receive it because of my work schedule they’re not willing to work with you. So Needless to say and disappointed in the outcome, can’t give you a rating on the chair yet cause I don’t have it

  Great customer service, allowed me to take my time trying all the rocking chairs over and over until I decided on a rocker to hopefully rock my baby to sleep, read books to my baby and use it for a long time.

  La-Z-Boy and a great company to buy from! The salesperson was very professional and very knowledgeable. My sofa arrived and was exactly as it was presented to me very comfortable and extremely easy to operate! I would highly recommend La-Z-Boy to anyone!

  Horrible customer service at the store and corporate level - furniture was delivered damaged multiple times. Caught corporate lying and then they admitted sending a false letter to the credit company about us having received everything even though we had not...which is fraud. Will never purchase furniture from La-Z-Boy again. Go to Rooms to Go and save yourself the headache.
