  I am a very indecisive person when it comes to decorating. Nicole, the local interior decorator, came to my home to get the lay out and what I liked and then worked for 2.5 hours with me in the store to come to final decisions, including complimenting items like rug and lamps - above and beyond! Shout out to Ryan as well, he helped us pick the perfect recliner, searched existing stock so I wouldn’t have to wait too long and made invaluable suggestions regarding the products, which he is very knowledgeable on! La-Z-Boy has always been a respected, made in the USA brand with longevity in our family - our current furniture being replaced is also this brand and has been passed around/down for 40 years, finally coming to the end of its life. Thank you again for working with me.

  Sales staff was knowledgeable and very helpful sorting out our preferences. Product appeared to be good quality and aesthetically pleasing.

  We told Patrick what we were interested in and he directed us to the Lazboy recliners. He showed us different fabrics and invited us to sit in the recliners. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We bought 2 power recliners.

  We purchased a significant amount of furniture from the Jensen Beach store, and were sold the ServeCo warranty. I NEVER purchase extended warranties, as I believe they are a waste of money. We were promised it would cover stains and odors caused by pets. We have two pets, and thought this would be a good thing. Our cat was sick in January, and we initiated a claim. It has been MONTHS of stalling, wasted time and nothing happening. (They did send a "Tech" with a handheld steam cleaner to try and clean the piece...The Tech said it would not work, but they told him to do it anyway. His advice was to replace the covers). The last email from them is asking for more pictures OF AN ODOR. I have called the store twice to ask for assistance with the product that they SOLD me. The first time the manager Ryan initiated a new claim for us, which has led no where. The second call has not been returned in two weeks. Meanwhile, half of our sofa is un-useable. Do not ever purchase these ServeCo warranties, and LazyBoy Jensen beach does not stand behind what they are selling.
