  I told the salesman that my rocker will squeak, he said not right away but over time, well it started the day I got it, maybe you should come over and try to fix it

  Nicole was so helpful with our color and sofa Selection. She even suggested a rug to go with. Paul should us different types of chairs.

  The delivery is still pending so I won’t speak on the product itself. My 2 star rating stems from the location itself. While I appreciate the staff staying late to complete the sale, that was the only positive. This was my second visit to the location and once again I was ignored by the older saleswomen. Twice now she never addressed us. The staff members were extremely unorganized. New staff members learning and asking questions is expected. Our salesman did the best job he was trained to do. The training was the issue though. The lead salesman was the only one who knew any answer to any question and both the other members were running back and forth to get answers. When he would answer our questions, the condescending was not warranted. An hour later I was so drained feeling like I bought a new car. The same distaste you leave a dealership with is how we rode home. The pitch of we’re giving you a great deal for buying today, only to match the sale advertised online. The sectional again has not arrived so I won’t speak on that end of it yet. I don’t think I would go to this location again.
