On Monday, October 5, 2026, my wife and I had the most wonderful shopping experience at the Jensen Beach City Mattress store. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by a smiling Jordan Greene. Because of four spinal surgeries and sleeping on a 10 year-old mattress, we informed Jordan that we were looking for a mattress with superior lumbar support and excellent firmness. After Jordan has shown us a number of mattresses by various manufacturers, every question that I had about the mattress, Jordan answered extensively without hesitation. He was extremely knowledgeable, and there was no high-pressure sales tactics at all. We did purchase a mattress from him the same day, along with a lumbar supported boxspring, and I wish to extend to the owner of the City Mattress Jensen Beach location that you have an exceptional employee on your hands. Jordan definitely went above and beyond what a typical salesperson, or in his case, mattress expert, does for its customers. Thank you so much Jordan and we cannot wait for the delivery of the mattress. Joseph & Julie E.
