Their crew was doing some work for my next door neighbor. I asked the owner to give me a quote to remove a broken oak limb that was hanging in an adjacent tree to my neighbor's. He said I will be glad to take care of it for you at "no charge". Their whole work plan for my neighbor seemed very well organized and efficient. Their cleanup was so good that could not even tell the crew had been here. Will definitely be calling them for my next needed tree work.

I've never given less than a 5 star review and like to save my energy for elevating good businesses. My experience with this service was so bad that I want to offer this honest review to save someone else from throwing money away on this business thinking they are getting professional work. I've been using arborists for over 30 years in Jax. I live in a different part of town now, and thought I'd try someone new. Interestingly enough, even though we don't see trucks around our neighborhoods bearing this company's name, it was the first name that came up in Google's AI results. That should have given me reason to be suspicious but I checked the records and confirmed there is an arborist certification so I went ahead and consulted with Salesman Barry. He talks a good tree talk, but he sent out a 20-ish year old kid and did not stick around to supervise. The detail work we discussed was not done. My custom picket fence was broken facing the street from a limb being dropped incorrectly. Barry fixed it after the kid botched the first attempt. That's a permanent flaw in my fence now. One should think twice about not ever seeing this business on any tree trucks around town. Salesman Barrry gained my trust, but the most important part of the job I emphasized was thinning the crown to let more light into my front yard. They didn't touch the suckers we discusseed, the small overlapping and stubby branches that had been cut or broke off in the past, and small dead limbs. He stood on my front patio two different time and discussed in detail and he assured me what they’d do. When he sent the worker out the second time, the kid just cut off a branch on the street side that doesn't affect the light in my yard and wasn’t part of discussion. The person doing the work appears to only trained in cutting off a limb, and dropping it correctly. Well most of the time, just not the one that fell on my fence. You don't need to pay arborist pricing to find a man with a chain saw who knows how to drop a limb. I have the same suckers and small hanging dead limbs, and dense crown that I paid this company to remove. I have a sick lemon tree that they also only cut off the main truck that was dead, and not all the other dead branches as stated in contract. On my front yard oak, they cut off a limb I didn't ask to be removed, in lieu of doing what I needed. The work seemed unskilled and unprofessional. I recommend considering the stock fb photos that do not represent this company's work. Consider the possibility that they paid for reviews, and paid google to elevate their name to show up in AI results. I believe this may be the case because of the deceitful sales tactics and work not getting done as discussed. if you only have a limb to cut, they'll bring a bucket truck to do it and it will probably be fine. They did not climb my trees. If you need the services of a true arborist to ensure a beloved tree's health and beauty for years to come, call one of the names you recognize. They are still in business because they have earned a real reputation over years of working in our town and doing quality work. Im sure they'll respond with something like, "we're sorry you feel that way" and try to gaslight me but we know better than that, don't we?
