I have always had a deep respect for this company since I was a kid, and this recent experience completely solidified why they are industry leaders. We ran into a incredibly tight logistical timeline for a brand-new DMP wireless system installation over my move-in weekend. When an unexpected inventory shortage threatened the deadline, Eric Lizer and the management team didn't just give me standard corporate excuses—they immediately went to work to find a solution. They stepped up, restructured the agreement to comfortably embed the expedited overnight shipping costs into structured equipment payments, and worked around the clock during a personal family emergency to ensure my property would be secured by the weekend. They are sharp, they understand their supply chain, and most importantly, they know how to treat a client. If you want a security provider that actually delivers on their promises and goes above and beyond when the pressure is on, look no further than Pye-Barker. Absolute pros.

He is extremely knowledgeable about his systems. He is extremely knowledgeable about code. He is extremely knowledgeable about troubleshooting. And it has been a relationship built between he and I that will go further than just these jobs.. I highly recommend Mr. Prater to anything that has to deal with fire alarm safety. Mr. Prater has also pulled things out of his hat that I know with other fire alarm companies I have dealt with in my Construction life would not have been able to do.
