We had lost the key to the car on a Saturday after being at the gym. We contacted Pop-A-Lock for help after contacting a Nissan Dealership for assistance. The dealership said they could not guarantee work on the Saturday, nor could they confirm if they even had a replacement key fob in stock. We went home and found the spare key, but it was unfortunately not being recognized by the vehicle. We contacted Pop-A-Lock after learning this news. Mike Y. was courteous and quick to start the job. He counseled us that he could attempt reprogram of a Key Fob for a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder, but there would be no guarantees for customer-provided parts. He arrived within 30 minutes, and he successfully completed the job within 30 minutes. This saved a tow to the Nissan dealership for diagnostics and potentially delayed service that would impact the upcoming week. Thank you, Mike Y. We will definitely recommend in the future.

This company has predatory practices- I was quoted $49 over the phone to unlock my car that was sitting in the driveway with the keys on the seat. I was at work and my husband at home, when the employee arrived, my husband ended up paying $120 to have the door opened. I was never told over the phone that the price was an "initial estimate". I had multiple other quotes from companies who would do it for less. I feel completely scammed out of that money. I DO NOT recommend this company and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I tried to resolve this with the company for a simple refund of $70 for the additional cost over their estimate and the company did not even respond to my email and would not put a manager on the phone with me. Ridiculous.
