My goodness. For decades, Lowe's Home Improvement has been our family's go-to store -- the first, the last, and everything in between. No need to shop around, Lowe's is/was our choice. I am so disappointed with Lowe's. Because of numerous times of employees lying to us, Lowe's is now at the bottom of the heap. Home Depot here we come.

I just had the most pleasant time with Grammy B. I had an issue with an online paint order. It wasn’t allowing me to choose the color I wanted. So I speak with Grammy B And she really went above and beyond to get me the color I wanted. I accidentally called her a sir 😭 but I will beat myself up for that the rest of my life. She is the sweetest and most patient. Great customer service! Home Depot can suck it!!!
Update: CARL from the paint department called me and told me he remembered me from this week picking up the same 5 gallon bucket. He is also very sweet and has gone above and beyond for me give him a raise too!
If you are looking to buy Dyco concrete stain online just know you won’t be able to add the color you want because it’s a custom color. The colors they have available online are their brand only. since I’ve already painted my driveway and my car is parked in the garage I can’t leave because I have to wait the three days for the paint to dry. It’s why I went with the delivery option instead. Very convenient Lowe’s offering paint delivery. Thank you!

Today I had the worst experience of my life visiting this Lowe's in Jacksonville, FL. I needed some concrete mix bags, so I parked it closer to the store in a parking spot that had no sign in front of it. One of the employees, Daniel, who was helping a customer, told me to move my vehicle, otherwise he would call the law, and started misbehaving with my wife, talking rudely, and we asked to talk to the manager. He replied that he is the store manager we had to leave to go to another store

(They called us close to 9pm finally asking if we still want to come. We say yes because we paid extra for today. They arrived close to 9pm. They said busy day. Maytag W & D looks nice but runs loud. they forgot to put legs on the dryer and put dryer and washer on wrong sides. They’re off centered. They didn’t do a good job. I know we were last jobs of the day but do a good job. I wish Lowe’s will have better communication with customers and pick up their phone and give updates on appliance deliveries. They also didn’t zip tie the tubes in back.
We’re currently waiting for our washer and dryer to be delivered and switched to Lowe’s from Home Depot because we heard good things however we have been let down again. We paid extra for a delivery today!! Absolutely frustrating. They said delivery Sunday 3-7pm and now it’s 8pm and no one is here. We moved and need to wash our clothes. No update nothing poor communication and customer service despite calling multiple times and getting no where. Very disappointing despite people telling us they deliver quickly.
