  My husband and I ordered a part for our pool pump a week ago, with a scheduled delivery date of today (8/19/26). Because we were relying on that delivery date, we scheduled a pool maintenance technician to come out tomorrow to install it. The part never arrived today. My husband called customer service, and after looking into our order, the representative told him that the part was never even sent out for delivery. So after waiting an entire week for a part we needed to get our pool operational again, we find out it apparently never even left in the first place. How does an order sit for an entire week without being shipped, while the customer is still being given a delivery date? Is no one monitoring orders to make sure they’re actually being fulfilled? What if we never called today? Would they have just kept our money and never sent it?? We never got an email for the delay or anything. Now, because of their failure to send the part as promised, we’re stuck paying a cancellation fee for the maintenance appointment we scheduled based on their delivery date, and we have to order the part elsewhere and wait even longer. A simple shipping delay would be frustrating but understandable. Failing to ship the order at all and allowing a customer to wait an entire week expecting a delivery that was never coming AND not even notifying us is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and order from Amazon instead. We certainly will from now on.

  Warranty on my Polaris pool robot was expired by 2 months and Clay came through with getting the company to honor the warranty. All parts and labor were free of charge. Outstanding service from Clay. Thank you so much to Leslie’s for all the help. Highly recommend

  I go there to buy non-chlorine oxidizing shock remover. There's two similar brands on the shelf. The shelf price in front of one says $49, the other $35. So obviously I take the one priced at $35 and at the register it rings up as $49. I tell him the price on the shelf said $35 and follow him back. He takes a look at the $35 price tag and removes it. Not only is that bad customer relations but it's illegal. Products have to be sold at the price they are marked.

  Had Leslie's come out to look at an issue with my pool pump. The techs were able to fix and was happy with the service. The techs tablet did not work so they had to call the store manager to take payment. They told him it was just a service call they fixed the issue. The phone was on speaker and the manager asked why did you fix the pump you should have replaced it with new. Very disappointed that they operate this way they only want to sell new items and not save the customer money. If something can be fixed it should be and not unnecessarily replaced. Looks like I will need a new pool supply company.
