  Visited the new location in Fleming Island and had an absolutely amazing experience. The service, knowledge, and atmosphere were not very typical from most other mattress stores. We did not feel pressured to buy anything. Every single question we had was answered honestly and thoroughly. Joey was an amazing sleep expert who sold us what we wanted based on our needs versus what would be the best sale for the business. The delivery process is painless and very customer forward. This in itself is the biggest selling point for our family. So glad we went in and got our new beds from them.

  Absolutely obsessed with our new setup from Jacksonville Bedding Mattress & Furniture. The Cariloha towels are unbelievably soft, plush, and feel like true spa-quality towels. On top of that, the Brooklyn Bedding ThermoBalance Elite mattress has been incredible — supportive, comfortable, and noticeably cooler at night without sacrificing softness. We’ve both been sleeping so much better. The team at Jacksonville Bedding was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole experience easy. Highly recommend!

  We dealt with "RJ" who is the owner. He was very friendly and Knowledgeable about his products and discussed the differences between the various models. He was not pushy and did not rush us. We were interested in the Helix mattress and Jacksonville had a great selection of them to try out. The delivery team was also great. professional and efficient. Before they left, they went over the operation of the adjustable bed base and asked if there was anything else we had a question about. It was a pleasure doing business with Jacksonville Bedding.
