  In May 2025, my pool pump motor went out. It made sense because it was original to the system from the early 2000's. I called Frank's and they came out and "fixed" the motor by replacing it -- not a cheap endeavor. It's now August 2026 and the motor started making a loud sound. I called them again to see if they could come check out the motor they just put in 15 months ago and they couldn't get to me for over a week and intended to charge $165 for the visit without any repairs. I called a different company and he was out the next day. He advised me that the connector to the new motor was still original and not the appropriate size for the new motor. All year, water from the pool has been slowly leaking in and rusting out the "new" motor. Guess who had to replace their motor AGAIN 15 months after Frank's worked on it? This girl. Oh and I paid a lot less this time. Very unhappy and do not recommend at all.

  I talked with a number of pool companies about resurfacing my pool. Steve was by far the most experienced and knowledgeable of the representatives that I met with. During the resurfacing process everyone from Frank’s Pool Service’s were professional, friendly and would clean the work area after each days work. I could not have wished for a more issue free process and completed beautiful pool resurfacing, tile replacement and repair of the planter attached to the pool. I think my pool looks better than when it was new.

  I recently hired Frank's Pool Services to resurface my 30 year old pool, and convert it salt water! Steve came out and we talked about making a few changes to my deck as well and gave me a very reasonable quote for the job! The entire team at Frank's Pools from the office ladies to Korey the best tech ever were so helpful! I had a couple of minor issues and Korey came a few times and addressed them all, he is great, very knowledgeable and professional I am a first time pool owner and had alot of questions Korey answered them all ! Awesome job, my pool looks beautiful! Thank you to the entire team at Frank's Pool Services!! Highly recommend!

  James did a great job of replacing our old sauna/pool heater with a new one. He kept me updated regularly while we waited for the heater to come in from the supplier, then he installed it the same day it arrived. I couldn’t believe how quickly he had it installed and working. I give them five stars, even though I thought the price was a little steep, but I’m happy to support a local business.
