    I would highly recommend Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery in Jacksonville. Michelle Thibeault and Lyndsey Gibbs provided outstanding service throughout our project. Their product knowledge, responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction made what could have been an overwhelming selection process both enjoyable and seamless. They took the time to understand our needs, offered thoughtful recommendations, and followed through on every detail. Their professionalism and personal attention truly set them apart. We are grateful for their expertise and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone planning a kitchen, bath, lighting, or appliance project.

    Stopped in today to return an unopened item we ordered that was not needed (part of a large multiple parts order we had placed). I was greeted warmly by Tiffany! Then Leah kindly took the item, looked up my account, and explained the process for getting the refund on my credit card. Both girls were friendly and professional. Great customer service at this location!

    BUYER BEWARE. We began remodeling our home in San Marco in April 2025 and our contractor recommended Ferguson for the appliances. We met at the Ferguson showroom and it was a pleasant experience. The total bill came to $35,045, so not an insignificant amount of money. Later, our contractor walked off the job, leaving it unfinished. By this time the appliances had been installed except for the hood vent. "We'll be back to do this," said the install team. Now Ferguson refuses to schedule or install the hood insert because the builder's name is on the paperwork, not mine (our address is too, of course, but that's not relevant to them, apparently). The invoices were paid in full - including the installation charge for the hood vent yet they still refuse. I escalated and spoke with the floor manager, Leah. She was even less sympathetic and helpful than the first person I spoke with. Leah acknowledged that the builder wasn’t present when we made selections and that this is essentially just a paperwork / computer problem. In spite of that, they are intransigent. We paid $300 for the installation. It is not a significant sum but it’s wrong on principle. They are simply the worst when it comes to actually solving problems.
