Connie was great!! She answered all our questions, got us into a great unit on the first floor, and got us taken care of over the phone in minutes. The place is clean. And the team is friendly, professional, and so helpful.
We decided to transfer locations, as we needed a bigger space, and a way to get our pallets to the unit.
Connie went above and beyond, letting us know what our options were at the facility, and they even have a loading dock for our pallet deliveries!!!!

Let me tell you about this location and Connie...nobody runs an operation like she does. The facility is clean and renters are always informed. I'd trust Connie to direct my funeral and adopt my kids, quite frankly. We had a couple instances where we needed to switch debit cards for payment and she was absolutely the best. We've had to sacrifice several units full of belongings in the past in Michigan but after finally purchasing a home, it was a bittersweet goodbye after 8 months. After several moves between Michigan and Florida, Connie was a breath of fresh air. We knew our belongings were safe and the staff was only a phone call away. I will recommend this location specifically to everyone. If Connie leaves, we will find her and follow. Corporate better take note and make her a Regional ASAP!!!!

Connie helped me with every step on how to rent a locker. Finding which size was best for my needs, how long I would need it, how the payments work, showed me the locker and how to use the lock. The place is huge. It has a great air system so it doesn’t get humid. The place was clean, had plenty of trolleys to use to bring whatever you need inside to your locker and also they have a ramp that you could actually drive into the warehouse and unload from there as well. I really appreciated Connie’s top notch customer service and support. Thank you!
