I have referred three of my close friends to this location. This location has the best customer service. It’s clean and my experience there was amazing. I’ve been with them for a couple of years now and I absolutely love them the ladies at the front desk is amazing. They make things easy and comfortable even when you’re having a bad day they’re going to make your day feel better than it started. I love this location. If I can give this location a 10 star it would have 10 stars.

I needed to change the storage unit that I rented and met a wonderful woman who worked in the office.
She was able to relocate my unit and explained all the additional charges and how the facility worked - gate access, keys, hours and answered all of my questions

So let me start by saying I've done business with this company for years. I have used several of their facilities for both business and personal storage. Now the facility at 5550 Timuquana rd, Jacksonville FL, 32210 is a nice facility but thats about all it has going for it. I was leasing two units at this facility, I moved out of both of my units two days, yes 48 hours after I was charged for the month....now despite only occupying the space for in all less than 48 hours this company refused to refund me for the month that was just auto charged. I have no problem paying for the two days I occupied the unit but they wouldnt even offer a prorated refund for the month and because of this I will never do service with this company ever again.
