Eileen called me after I did the rental online. She was able to help me with pricing and transferred us to the space we wanted. She was very helpful and friendly. We had a small water issue and Eileen addressed it immediately and monitored the situation. I would highly recommend this site for storage.

The staff was great but unfortunately this specific location doesn't do physical keys, there's an app download required in order to actually access your unit which only worked on my iPhone not my android, it got me in the gate and in the building but did not open my actual unit. I got the unit a few days in advance but had to ultimately leave and go store my things elsewhere since the office was closed. Eliminating a physical key and lock in the storage business is a very bad idea in my opinion and they list my business because of it
