Booking the storage space was very easy online. And Tiffany was a big help once i came onsite. She was very helpful and addressed all my questions.

The storage facility is clean. Two elevators in the building. Don’t take the stairs or you’ll be locked in the stairwell. The interior office door is locked even after opening so you have to go outside to the entrance. The napkin dispenser in the restroom works 50% of the time. The air temp inside fluctuates. On average the temp is sit around 76-82.

Young lady name (Tiffany)was very helpful with all of my questions,I have not rent a self storage unit in years. So I called about 5 different unit and I came back to Ms.Tiffany because she was polite and spoke with understanding of my needs .
