The onsite manager Jamie was super helpful and kind. She was quick to answer the phone, was courteous and knowledgeable about how to handle situations. Even her phone etiquette was on point with other customers, she handled a disgruntled customer on the phone with grace. The storage grounds and office were very clean and organized, you can tell that attention is paid to the appearance. Highly recommend.

As a long-standing member, I have observed that rates vary in accordance with demand. While this may pose an inconvenience for many of us in the current economic climate, timely payments have enabled me, as a senior member, to secure a more manageable rate with the assistance of Senior Manager Jamie.

To say, this was the worst storage experience I ever dealt with is an understatement. Let's go down the list of problems, starting with the staff, the bathroom in the facility is locked and requires staff to unlock it, but when you ask them to unlock it, they look at you like you're trash and that's your inconveniencing their day. Maybe just try leaving the bathroom doors unlocked since you have locked Gates at the front that prevent random people from even entering. While we're on the topic of gates, let's move to there app for just a moment. The app attempts to track your GPS location before opening the doors. Buy that I mean it's going to actively change which door you're closest to. Attempting to move it to the top of the menu before it allows you to click on an option. If you are standing under the awning near the door, it's going to rotate through a couple options and you're probably going to open the gate more times than not when trying to open the main sliding glass door. That main sliding glass door of course already passed. The security gate will require you to use your cell phone or input a PIN number to open. That is now twice You need to insert a PIN number just to access your unit. Now all that sounds like technology innovation. It's really more of a safety risk. Imagine you're lifting your heavy furniture or your valued possessions into the facility. You now have to stop and take one of your hands off of your load just to open the sliding glass door. Now. I could understand having the door require a code after a certain time of day, but this is during all hours of the day. You will need to stop moving to get out your cell phone to enter the main building that is already past the security gate. Does not matter that you and your buddy are struggling to hold 80 lb pieces of furniture, does not matter that you are moving precious glassware on one of their dollies, every time you enter that building, you need to pull out your phone to use your app. We finally hit a point where we had to have our son stay inside because our cell phone. That is part of the reason why all six of their dollies were left outside the other night as when we finished loading we were unable to re-enter the building. The dollies are real interesting, they had some out-of-date furniture dollies for a good bit that operated with a six-wheel system. With the bigger wheel being towards the middle giving a seesaw effect, I'm assuming somebody else complained about those because they swapped them out for new dollies. Funny enough, you still have to pull up on the handle at times in order to lift the dolly up enough to clear the track of the main entrance door as well as the tracks of the elevators. It's a shame that these handles are not attached properly and will oftentimes completely detach from the dolly while you're trying to move things. Then of course right at the main sliding door entrance There is an ADA truncated dome mat. For those of you who don't know what that is, that is the hard yellow mat that is usually put outside of doorways as a slip resistant surface to prevent from falling in the rain. They consist of raised 1/4 in hard bubbles that help you keep your balance on rainy or wet days. They do absolutely no good for anyone attempting to move carts full of furniture. The vibration will often cause your load to become unstable and will cause things to fall off your car potentially breaking. Really poor design choice given most facilities have moved away from using those. Elevators that you would think would be freight elevators designed for moving furniture are no bigger than your standard passenger elevator. Thankfully the elevators are officially up to code and inspected properly. When we initially arrived at this facility, the elevators were passed their expiration date and due inspection. It only took them a month after our check-in for them to finally get someone out there. Hallways are rather narrow and you may struggle to bring two of their carts past one another in a hallway. Overall absolute terrible experience.
