Joann was awesome and really tried to help us out when we were having a pretty rough day moving. Even though she was working at a different location and couldn’t do much directly, she still took the time to see what she could do for us. I really appreciate her effort and how nice she was throughout the whole situation. Great customer service and definitely deserves five stars.

I had a really rough day with moving and Joann went above and beyond to try to help us. Even though she was working at a different Extra Space Storage location. She still took the time to listen, accommodate us as much as she could, and genuinely tried her best to find a way to help.
Her kindness, patience, and willingness to go out of her way meant so much, especially on a stressful day. You can really tell when someone truly cares about helping people, and Joann definitely does. Extra Space Storage is lucky to have someone like her representing the company.
Thank you so much, Joann, for doing everything you could to help us when we really needed it. You deserve all five stars!

Experience was exceptional! Joanne was a great addition into showing us storage spaces and has a great attitude and charisma that made it even better. The price of the unit was a good steal. Would highly recommend this place for storage short term or long term.
