Thousands of dollars in damages for when the doors was changed without my knowledge. Seal on bottom of new doors trash! Landscaping blew so much trash in my unit! Antiques destroyed. I would have been there the day they changed doors! Changed locks without me knowing! Had managed come see the unit! She called her boss told her what happened informed her boss that I would like a phone call. My phone rang one time she hung up. I called her back four times. She finally answered. The office manager didn’t answer report. Signed off on it never called me back. So wait a couple days call back. He called the head person that’s over. Everything told him what was going on. He said he’d call me right back. I ain’t heard from him yet. So I broke it down to him that I guess I need to call the news because there’s 800 and some odd units there if my stuff‘s damaged there’s other people that are too. So if you have a couple hundred people coming and pissed off and let’s see how copper does it now. But I never asked for the doors to be taken off. I would’ve been there when it was because that’s my stuff. They say they can’t open the unit to treat it for all the rodents and roaches that are in there so they got boxes the end of aisles Mom was full of rat, droppings and roaches. Speaker systems damage brand new persons damage antique art damaged can’t get a phone call back. This is water damaged just from taking them doors off poor seals on the bottom of the doors.. Consequence
