  We had our annual termite home inspection from B&B Exterminating today. Gamble H. was professional, knowledgeable and respectfully answered our questions as well as providing us with valuable tips regarding termite protection and prevention. We have been with B&B for 12 years and we highly recommend B&B and specifically Gamble for termite related prevention and maintenance and treatment if necessary.

  We hired B&B for a pest treatment, and unfortunately the service was completely ineffective for us. Within a week, bugs were already back in the same areas that had just been treated. I called expecting that they would simply come back out and address it. Instead, I was essentially told there was no guarantee on the service, while the conversation quickly shifted toward selling me a recurring plan or monthly package. That makes no sense to me as a customer. If a one-time treatment produces virtually no result, why would I respond by purchasing more of the same service every month? What bothered me most wasn’t even that the treatment failed - sometimes things don’t work. It was the lack of willingness to stand behind the work and make it right. We’ve used B&B before and likely would have continued using them periodically for years. Instead, they lost a repeat customer over one service call that probably could have been resolved by simply coming back out. I’m perfectly willing to pay more for pest control that works - and for a company that stands behind the service when it doesn’t.
