Called to possibly re-activate our service this year, needed more information. Instead of getting my questions answered, Ashley, whatever her role is, would not give me any information, just because we chose to stop renewing our subscription in 2025. She initially says she does not know anything, that it's not her department, then tells me she actually does know but can't say. Very untrustworthy. How does she expect one to consider signing up again if she does not try to sell their product. If you're not sales, then get me someone from sales. Instead, she acted like I was out to get her. Don't know where the paranoia came from, I just wanted to understand the products better. Gee, I could have signed up for more than one. Any new customer would want to know what they're buying. She tells me she can't disclose any information unless I want to schedule an appointment to get a quote? Company owner, if you can read this, can you please verify if this is true? You can't talk about your products on the phone, we'd have to schedule an appointment to know what we're buying? If that is incorrect, can you please make sure Ashley does her re-training?
Ashley, you are bringing this company down, the way you talk to costumers on the phone. If you're not happy with your job, do yourself a favor and find another gig that suits your limitations. You are rude and entitled. You're what's wrong with America.

Cliff, a manager with BnB, dedicated a considerable amount of time to meticulously examining and diagnosing the issue I was experiencing with my yard. He provided a comprehensive explanation of all aspects, and I was thoroughly satisfied with his diagnosis, explanation, and the proposed steps to resolve my concern. I was very appreciative.
Very thorough company their technicians are wonderful. They explain everything from the beginning the customer service over the phone is amazing. The follow ups that they do are greatly appreciated when you have a very hectic life as I do you often forget, but I am pleased with their services, from the beginning until the end, even though my service is not completely done because of the rain today they are expected to come back. My technician was amazing very thorough and very patient with me. Would definitely refer to anyone asking about this type of service.

Debbie was a very big help to me and explained my options to me to help eliminate my fire ant problem. I will be recommending B&B to all my friends and family and have them ask for Debbie
