  They were scheduled to service the exterior of my home this past Friday. I was home all morning and never got a text/call from the tech. At noon I received a “service completed” email checked my account and it said they spent less than 10mins at my house. It was false. I triple checked my cameras and they never came. My dogs never alerted me to anyone on my property either. I called to notify them and was told “well there’s pictures and they said they did the front of your home”. There were no photos showing on my end but he rescheduled me for service later that day anyway. Well an hour before that window closed I get a text from a tech saying they won’t be able to make it and someone will be calling to reschedule. I called and this time they credited my account and scheduled me for today. Same thing basically happened today but I see 1 photo with a house in it this time. It was not my house. They rescheduled me for tomorrow. I do not recommend this company. I’ve been with them for almost a year without any issues but this is enough headache for me to not renew my contract on August.

  Jakobe could not have been more professional. I at times may have shown my frustration of having 30+ cluster flies in my house. He did not react to my frustration and made me feel confident that everything would be fine. His desire to leave me happy and his work ethic made me feel confident that I made the right choice for my pest control needs.

  I’m only giving 5 stars to Tim Peoples and Anthony. Professional and thorough. Unfortunately, I am disappointed and dissatisfied with this company all because of their scheduling service. Every month I schedule an appointment for treatment their system reschedules without notifying me. I take days off from work, and nobody shows up. When I call for an ETA that’s when I’m notified the system canceled and rescheduled my appointment. I signed a three year contract for MONTHLY service, which they cancel and reschedule these appointments, instead showing up every 3 months but still automatically withdraw monthly fees. I do not recommend signing a contract with this company. Now I call the day before to confirm but it’s always a battle and a huge headache. I wouldn’t have given any stars at all but that would not have been fair to the service men, they are great.

  I’ve been with this company for several years and have always had a great experience. My technician was amazing — very patient with my big dogs, attentive to my concerns, and extremely informative throughout the visit. He did a fantastic job, and I continue to be very happy with the service Aptive provides. I highly recommend them!

  Just switched over from another pest company to Aptive and couldn’t be happier! We were hesitant at first to transfer over as we never had any issues with our previous company but were never truly wowed by what they did. The Aptive rep who came to our house sold us, he was kind and attentive to our needs and gave us a clear plan to help us with our issue of roaches and ants surrounding our home. Not only did they send someone out two days later, the person who sprayed Sam was great - he sent pictures of what he sprayed, dusted the outside of any cobwebs, but most importantly he moved our dog toys from the yard instead of spraying over them (as the other company did from our ring camera footage). If you are ever complacent as I was with your pest company…. Just go ahead and switch to Aptive!
