They wanted to charge me a service fee to cancel. I do not recommend them. I also do not think their call center values the customer.

When I inquired about the refund, they stated they would not issue one simply because I chose to terminate the agreement. My property includes cameras covering the backyard. The service agreement specified full-yard treatment, yet on multiple occasions the technicians failed to service the rear portion of the property at all. Shortly after each visit, new ant mounds consistently appeared, indicating the treatments were ineffective. Beyond the incomplete and inadequate service, the pricing is excessive for the quality delivered. Charging a full month’s fee for a period in which no service was provided is particularly unacceptable and has forced me to initiate a formal dispute and chargeback through my credit card company to recover the funds. Based on this experience—unreliable service, lack of accountability, and refusal to refund unused charges—I strongly advise others to avoid this company. Edit: After emailing the address provided in their review response, the outcome was very different. They promptly reviewed my account, confirmed it was month-to-month (not under contract), issued a full refund for the October payment, and verified that the account was closed with no future charges. The email response was fast, professional, and far more helpful than the phone interaction. While I appreciate that the billing issue was ultimately resolved correctly, the inconsistent service quality and the initial customer-service experience remain significant drawbacks.

If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
