Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for storing my parent's belonging while we helped them sell their home. gave us that we had a month-to-month option. Gated and well lit facility gave us safe, private access. Definitely would recommend!

I called the number for Extra Space storage, and A representative named Raven took my call,she was absolutely wonderful to communicate with and helpful for my urgent needs and questions about the availability and location of the unit for rent, she was able to secure and lock in a unit with a great promotional price. ( Indian Harbour Beach ). Upon arriving to the location and office I was greeted by Laurie at the office, Laurie was absolutely amazing and very on point and quick to show me the available unit. 5 stars to Extra Space and there team, great job Raven and Laurie, I absolutely would recommend Extra Space Storage

I had a 16 x 25 unit. The website lists it at what everyone in Brevard county is going for that size unit, outside, no air conditioning ect. At $264. No. We had to pay almost $500 for the unit with a broken door, the place is covered in huge potholes, outside, no vents, and when I complained, I was told that is what everyone’s rate is now but it’s not. I went to multiple places. Every storage place I went to was absolutely floored. We got scammed so badly and I am disabled and don’t have much to begin with. Do your own market research. I moved to a different place with no broken door, no potholes, same size unit, $200. When it goes up in 4 months it will NEVER go over $300. May not go up at all. The place even has a light and vents. Don’t waste your money here. Literally anywhere else.
