- AWAndrew WoytowichMay 2, 20265.0I just recently transferred belongings from Public to Extra Space after dealing with three increases in 11 months - the first occurred one month after move in, AC that was set to not make the facility cool, an app controlled overhead door that supposedly didn’t work (for 10 of the 11 months) limiting access to only 9 am to 6 pm, and inaccessible bathrooms. In the rare occasion it was open there was no soap. I am pleased with my experience so far at Extra Space and it contrasts the other place greatly.
