Everything went smoothly even though my grandson was not available due to being called to Iraq. He made all the arrangements but had to leave and this grandma didn’t have a clue. Not perfectly sure but believe the employee’s name was Esmeralda. She was so helpful and patient with us. Kudos to Esmeralda for all her help! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage!
