    Imagine if you will please, a store like this Arrons that you would naturall.\nY a sum that there's a line waiting for them outside the building , seven days a week for them to open and is jam-packed 7 days a week until the second close without 1 single minute of the day where any employee aren't standing next to and taking care of a customer From the second they open to the second they close! Well, that's for sure, not this business and they are almost never having more than 1 or 2 guests in at a time and have multiple employees, 7 days a week in the building yet you can call any minute any hour of any day of the week during business hours and you are guaranteed that they will not answer the phone. And after eczema rings , the phone will automatically transfer you to the NPR STORE, where no matter how busy they are, they will always ask a customer to please wait minute so they can answer the ringing phone and they will answer the phone for you! Then they well, be very limited on how they can help you.So then you will have to make a decision, find time to drive to the hudson store directly. Driv.\nE x amount of towns away from your local store to see if they can take care of you or you're start going to a different company altogether. That is what this store offers you nothing more nothing less. I'm gonna ask someone good at my 27 years of adulthood, has used an Arrons in multiple states across the country for at least fifteen of those years, never having experienced such a poor level of customer service from any of them. And now I'm faced with those very same choices.Keep calling all day all night.7 days a week until somebody at that store finally picks up.Drive 3 towns over to go to the next closest one.Who has excellent customer service?And I did business with them for 5 years before moving, alright , I now have to find a whole different brand company altogether!! I truly hope corporate manages and sees these reviews. And decides to reach out because you're probably the second most loyal business I've been to my entire life besides Samsung phones, and that's unfortunate that I now have to switch brands. Because if i'm getting this poor label of no one answering the phone , imagine what my customer service is experience is going to be like if I drive there myself and go , make it happen.

    Just got a zero turn lawn mower, Casey and Kelly were unbelievably helpful and got me a heck of a deal! Didn't even have to go into the store, everything was handled over the phone in a matter of 15 min. These guys deserve a raise!

    I rented a used PlayStation 5 with these people and normally I don’t have a problem. This PS5 was a used ps5 mind you. When I brought it to the car it had stuff in it like crumbs so I brought it back in and the guy took it to the back and said he sprayed it out. I had a friend open it up to clean it for me and this is what I find. Literally piss. When I complained to the guy he said that they don’t take the used items apart they just wipe the outside down. This is disgusting. Thank god I have a friend who knows how to clean the inside of a PS5.
