Facility is well but a little dated, however I heard that there is a face-lift planned. Staff is awesome, Valerie, Mike and Andrea are always attentive and helpful.

Our rates just went up by $100 after using this for storage for about 6 months! Almost doubled! $104 to $204, no notice, no explanation and refused to correct. This will be our last month here. I called the Manager back at her request, she explained to me "that they increase prices based on computer algorithms that tell them what's in demand, that there's nothing that she can do about it, it's a mistake really and they'll make it up to us next month..." I said this will be out last month.

I just wanted to tell everybody prices are always competitive but I have dealt with this office so many times and Valerie goes above and beyond as long as you pay and do the right thing and this is a great spot and the units are high ceilings and I tell everybody and I will be back always

The storages are Very clean with safe entrances and exits. The staff at the Holiday, FL location is great. Valerie is such a gem. She is vey personable and friendly, helpful, with great value added suggestions and solutions. She and her manager were very helpful in making recommendations when I was looking For a storage room when moving to the area. They are also very familiar with PODs protocols and helpful with PODs drop-offs and pick-ups. Defined ways to save money for customers based on the Storage they need rather than upselling ss some places.
Valerie once called me to let me know During her routine security checks she noticed I did not properly secure my unit after I visited the previous evening and asked that I come back to secure the lock. Clearly, they keep their place safe and tidy I highly recommend them
