  They removed a huge oak tree that was over my house. They were very fast and professional, and had great communication and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I had an amazing experience with them and will be using them for all of my tree work in the future!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others know what to expect. I initially contacted this company for a quote to have a tree cut down and removed. After receiving a service date, no one showed up. What was most frustrating throughout this entire process was the complete lack of communication. I repeatedly had to be the one to call for updates and was consistently met with excuses. I understand that unexpected delays happen, but this went on for nearly two weeks without any proactive communication from the company. At one point, the office assistant even told me that if I wanted to hire another company, she would understand and proceeded to give me another company’s name and phone number. Shortly after, the owner arrived and was unaware of that conversation. I also got the impression he was unhappy with the original quoted price. He assured me they would be there on Monday, and to their credit, they did show up. Unfortunately, the confusion continued. I was then told the original quote was only to cut the tree down and did not include removal, which was not my understanding from the beginning. As a result, I was charged an additional $100. The extra cost itself wasn’t the issue. My frustration stems from the poor communication, inconsistent information, and misleading expectations throughout the entire process. A project that should have been straightforward became unnecessarily stressful due to the lack of organization and follow-through. I believe businesses can recover from mistakes, but clear communication and setting accurate expectations with customers are essential.

  This company was cutting down trees in a family neighborhood and the workers were cussing and swearing in front of toddlers. Very unprofessional! I would not recommend them if you or your neighbors have young children.

  SAS Tree Service & staff were extremely prompt and professional from the first phone call to inquire all the way through scheduling & completing the service! The team did an amazing job cutting down a large tree close to our home, trimming another large limb, clearing debris, and grinding the stumps in the backyard of our newly purchased home. I was very impressed by not only the reasonable and fair prices but also their expertise, efficiency, and skill. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!
