I want to share my experience with this store. I placed an order online a few days ago. Today I went to pick up my online order. I gave my order # to employee name Leila. I have to wait for my order. Once I received what i ordered, I noticed that it was damaged right way & it laying flat. Btw it was an exterior door. I told Leila that it was damaged & she told me that I had to get another door myself. She wasn’t friendly or kind. She wasn’t really helpful. This wasn't a great & good experience @ this store. I had to wait for them to bring me an another exterior door. I left there upset & disappointed. As you can see this is how Leila bought me the exterior door flat it was completely scratched.

Mi experiencia con Lowe’s ha sido muy decepcionante. Cancelaron la entrega de mi refrigerador en tres ocasiones, causándome una gran pérdida de tiempo e inconvenientes.
Lo peor fue la atención al cliente. Hablé con la supervisora Dazion, quien se mostró poco profesional, incluso riéndose mientras me decía que no podía hacer nada porque el problema era del proveedor.
Lo que no entiendo es por qué venden un producto y confirman que está disponible, incluso indicando que había inventario en la tienda de Hialeah, si al final no pueden cumplir con la entrega.
Esperaba mucho más de una empresa como Lowe’s. La falta de responsabilidad, la mala comunicación y la actitud de la supervisora hicieron que esta fuera una experiencia muy frustrante. No recomendaría comprar electrodomésticos aquí si no pueden garantizar la entrega de lo que venden

The Lowe's on 57th Avenue (Red Road) offers terrible service. We went to the paint department and waited 30 minutes for someone to help us. We had to leave because the employee didn't even return our call, despite our repeated requests. Awful customer service. Zero stars.

I went there on Wednesday 07-29, looking forward to buy two Hotpoint microwave ovens on its last day of sale, after been told that this location was the only one that still had some left in store.
I was fortunate not only to find them, but to meet Mario there at appliances section, a very professional person who was able to help me through the process to locate them, bring them down the shelves, bring a large cart to carry them out and processed the sale for me all with the most calm, helpful, relaxed and respectful attitude

I was injured at Lowe’s caused by an employee negligence. I left a written report , called multiple times to talk to a manger. I was never contacted. I am not out there to sue the company nor I was looking for any compensation. It saddens me that your managers at Lowe’s on 57 ave in Miami lakes are so negligent and do no care for their company. I still have the marks on my left knee, because I had a good skin scratch.
I have no time to go through legal action, I did not want to be another customer that can sue for anything that happens. I have self respect and would not intend to fake an injury.
I hope you stop being careless and not attend a true complaint.
