I hope my concern is read. Lowe’s have lost their customer service. 22 minutes waiting for an associate. The associate did not have the feeling to work. Lowe’s needs to replace people and hope get their 5 start back. But I won’t visit this store again.

She was able to stand afar and look at my situation and come and execute and give us the customer service that we need and she's sending Reggie to come and help us we were in and out in 10 minutes and we'll have our new battery operated lawn mower by 2:00 today

My Lowe's Experience
I am had a very disappointing experience with Lowe's Home Improvement while trying to get a roofing replacement.
Lowe's advertises that they will price match, and my proposal was initially price matched. However, when it came time to honor that price, they did not follow through.
Trying to get help was incredibly frustrating. At the store, I was transferred from one department to another without anyone taking ownership of the issue. Eventually, I was told to call Lowe's Customer Support. Also Customer Support then told me to go back to the store and speak with the store manager. I kept getting sent back and forth, and no one seemed to be on the same page.
The entire process was a huge waste of time, and the lack of communication between the store and customer support made the experience even worse.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Lowe's roofing installation service. If you're considering it, be prepared for poor communication and difficulty getting advertised pricing honored.

I called the number you provided and was transferred between four different departments, including Customer Care. I was then told that I needed to go to a Lowe’s Home Improvement store to request a price match.
I called the store beforehand and was left on hold for approximately 10 minutes. I then drove to the store and spoke with a representative in person(Management), only to be told that they could not help because the roofing replacement service is handled by a third party and is not something the store deals with.
At this point, I am being bounced back and forth between different departments and the store, with no one taking responsibility for resolving the issue. I have already spent a significant amount of time on this, including making an unnecessary trip to the store based on the instructions I was given.
This is simply not worth any more of my time. Lowe’s was unable to provide a clear solution or connect me with the appropriate department to resolve the issue.
If you’re considering using Lowe’s for a roofing replacement, be prepared for poor communication, being bounced between departments, and difficulty getting advertised pricing honored. My experience has been extremely frustrating and a significant waste of time.

I am extremely disappointed with the way Lowe’s has handled my price-match request and, more importantly, the lack of communication throughout the process.
Lowe’s contacted the roofing company I was working with regarding the price match and informed the owner that the request had been declined. The owner then had to contact me personally to let me know that Lowe’s would not honor the price match.
After receiving this information from the roofing company, I contacted Lowe’s Customer Support myself to verify whether the statement was accurate. Unfortunately, Customer Support confirmed that the price match had indeed been declined.
I am completely surprised and disappointed by how this situation was handled. As the customer, I should not have to learn about a decision concerning my purchase through a third party and then call Lowe’s myself to confirm what happened.
This is another example of Lowe’s dropping the ball when it comes to communication and customer service. I expected better from a company of Lowe’s size and reputation. The lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability has been extremely frustrating.
