Fui a comprar unas maderas, las que estaban a mi alcance estaban en muy mal estado, pedí al asociado que bajara las que estaban un nivel más arriba y me dijo que eso no lo podía hacer, que si quería que me llevara las que estaban en mal estado, fui a preguntar por el gerente, me enviaron a servicio al cliente me dijeron que debía ver a otra persona, al final otro asociado, con muy mala cara y con una demora exagerada me bajo el parle, el mal trato lo llevan a la máxima expresión, para colmo cuando fui a pagar me preguntaron si quería aplicar para una tarjeta de crédito , parecía una ironía, jamás regreso

I chose Lowe's for my next home improvement project over its competitor because I assumed the higher prices would come with a better shopping experience and better customer service. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
I had a very disappointing checkout experience. The cashier, Lisbeth, displayed a negative attitude throughout the transaction. I had to repeat information multiple times, and she made it unnecessarily difficult when I asked to use Lowe's Credit Card Lookup Service.
Lisbeth's tone, facial expressions, and hand gestures came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I speak English, yet she repeatedly responded in Spanish with an attitude that made the interaction uncomfortable. Rather than feeling welcomed as a customer, I felt as though I was inconveniencing her simply by making a purchase.
Considering that Lowe's prices are often higher than Home Depot's, I expected a better overall experience. This interaction left a very negative impression and made me question whether paying more to shop at Lowe's is worth it.
I hope management addresses these concerns and reinforces the importance of providing customers with professional, respectful, and courteous service.

Easily the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. Lowe’s Hialeah was a complete failure. Part of our order was missing, and the manager never returned a single call despite multiple attempts. The associate simply said there was “nothing they could do.”
We ordered an 11 ft umbrella with a base, yet the delivery team (Carballo G****, 786*****98) insisted everything was delivered—even though we only received the base, the Lowe’s app photo showed only the base, and the box was clearly labeled “Item 1 of 2.”
We were told the manager would call within 30 minutes. An hour passed with nothing. When we called back, a non manager repeated that nothing could be done. The manager never contacted us at all.
Untrustworthy, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Shop at Lowe’s with extreme caution—they’ve lost loyal customers for good.
