- RCRosabel CristinoJun 6, 20262.0I visited the store to return some items I didn’t end up using from a party. All the tags were perfect, and some of the items were even still in their original bags. However, the ladies at the counter began giving me attitude and saying I was just returning items after using them, even though none of them had been used. I chose to remain calm and accepted their rudeness, as I didn’t feel like speaking to the manager. I understand that customers should be respectful, but these ladies could have been a bit more considerate. I would have understood if I had come with tags off broken or visibly used items, but everything was intact.

A customer was upset and being very confrontational, but the manager handled everything with professionalism, patience, and kindness. Instead of escalating the situation, he calmly opened another register to help the customer faster and kept the environment respectful for everyone else in line. I shop at this location often, and the staff — especially the manager — are always helpful and friendly. I just wanted to leave a positive review because good customer service deserves recognition too.

We walked in for 2 things and walked out with 5. There was so much to do and so many great crafting options to begin. Overall the store was very clean and organized, the staff was very courteous and attentive and best of all the prices were very reasonable and inexpensive. But it doesn’t stop there!! The majority of not all of the store had signs for additional discounts on certain items but remember it was applicable to most of the store and I love that. Definitely going back for more.
