I enjoy coming to this Lowe’s, staff are mostly friendly but it seems some of them go hide in the back of the store talking in a big group instead of ensuring customers are being helped. I walked around looking for an employee for several minutes in the appliance section looking for help, only to find 3 employees standing in the back several isles down having a conversation laughing and playing on their phones. Not a very good look.

I am really disappointed and upset at this Lowe's location I went there to purchase patio chairs I found one that I really really love and a couple items I went to cash out at customer serviceI got qualified for progressive credit card from Lowe's no one did not know how to catch me out with that credit card from the managers to the associate I stood there for about 20 minutes after a while I got frustrated and I told them never mind I'll come back later what really makes me even more upset that no managers knew how to catch me out with that credit card I don't know why Lowe's offer it to customers if they're associates and managers don't know how to use it

Renya in the flooring department is the absolute worst. When I ask where an item is she shows me a random other tile. When I ask whys the price different she says she doesn’t know. I then ask for it to be price matched to the price that’s on the wall. She says they can’t do that. I ask for a manager and she said she is a manager and then I ask for the store manager and she said there isn’t one. Lone behold the assistant store manager comes and tells me they are two different items. Renya then tries to argue with me about it. She is the worst employee I have ever dealt with at Lowe’s. I will not be coming back to this location due to her.

I had a great experience at Lowe’s yesterday while picking up mulch, flowers, and other supplies for my house. At checkout, I was greeted by Laurie, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive.
Before I completed my purchase, Laurie noticed that some of my garden supplies had come from the clearance section and took the time to make sure the additional clearance discounts were properly applied. Thanks to her attention to detail, she ended up saving me an additional $50 at checkout!
