  Our pool pump motor went out 3 1/2 weeks ago. I went into the store to see if it had any kind of warranty. It was installed in 12/24. They said it had a 1 year warranty but since they installed it, it came with a 2 year warranty(Andrew the manger said that). It took them 4 days to come out to verify the pump was day. Then, I got a call asking me to take a picture of the motor and print it out and bring it up there, the young gentlemen said he's not allowed to receive emails, so I did. He said he was doing the warranty. I called after a week and was told they haven't heard anything. The next week I went up and learned they tried to go through Hayward for the warranty. I said why would you go through Hayward it's a Century pump. They said that they would go through Century. Andrew, said that he was bringing to someone further up in the stores attention that they were there that day and he would call me back. I called the next day to see what he found out and he said oh, that was the regional manager, they came in the morning and never came back. Every time I called they would say they haven't heard anything. The other day I called them and was told that maybe I should call Century myself that I would have better luck. I asked for a reference/case number and that when I found out they never even contacted Century. I was so mad my husband had to call. He spoke with Andrew the manger and Andrew said he would look into things and call us in a couple of days. The Regional Manager called today to let us know that they misspoke that there was no addition warranty. She thought that this issue was closed because she had told Andrew that last week. Andrew was the one who just told my husband that he was going to look into it. If I could go lower than a 1 on this review I would. I have never had so many people lie directly to my face.
