  Brian was helping me on a repair and went above and beyond by asking me questions about the cleaner which they worked on in past. He said bring in back in and called me next day. Brian great on customer service along with Manager and whole team. Thank you

  The free water tests and low prices are awesome. I wouldn't mind paying a buck or 2 for a test. However Corporate can't run their stores well and it doesn't surprise me that Leslie's is considering bankruptcy. They can't keep managers or highly experienced employees which is a bad reflection on who's higher up in the company. Leslie's also runs sales that knock off 10 or 20 bucks for commercial clients cheap wholesale price that lead to the stores selling out inventory til the next truck comes. Also, online orders for small and highly used parts like Hayward key valves or rainbow chorinator parts take a week to come in when I can have them at the supply house or from amazon instantly or in 2 days. Commercial and residential accounts buy those constantly. Why isn't there inventory on hand for that stuff. You are losing sales and giving them to SCP and heritage. The smaller companies that only need a bucket or 2 of chems are screwed because the only pool suppliers are 2 hour round trip in Pensacola or ft walton. Leslie's has really low prices for commercial customers, why lower prices and lose your bottom line when you are considering bankruptcy and closing stores? Price matching is fine, but stop running big sales. Big companies buy entire pallets and leave the store dry for a week. I have a Pensacola route now just so I can hit up the supply houses that have the inventory space for the demand and sales volume of commercial customers

  Our pool pump motor went out 3 1/2 weeks ago. I went into the store to see if it had any kind of warranty. It was installed in 12/24. They said it had a 1 year warranty but since they installed it, it came with a 2 year warranty(Andrew the manger said that). It took them 4 days to come out to verify the pump was day. Then, I got a call asking me to take a picture of the motor and print it out and bring it up there, the young gentlemen said he's not allowed to receive emails, so I did. He said he was doing the warranty. I called after a week and was told they haven't heard anything. The next week I went up and learned they tried to go through Hayward for the warranty. I said why would you go through Hayward it's a Century pump. They said that they would go through Century. Andrew, said that he was bringing to someone further up in the stores attention that they were there that day and he would call me back. I called the next day to see what he found out and he said oh, that was the regional manager, they came in the morning and never came back. Every time I called they would say they haven't heard anything. The other day I called them and was told that maybe I should call Century myself that I would have better luck. I asked for a reference/case number and that when I found out they never even contacted Century. I was so mad my husband had to call. He spoke with Andrew the manger and Andrew said he would look into things and call us in a couple of days. The Regional Manager called today to let us know that they misspoke that there was no addition warranty. She thought that this issue was closed because she had told Andrew that last week. Andrew was the one who just told my husband that he was going to look into it. If I could go lower than a 1 on this review I would. I have never had so many people lie directly to my face.   I have been going to Leslie’s since I built my pool in 2018. They have been experts and fantastic with instructions. They never make you buy too much chemical and give you great info on how your pool reacts to certain things and what to look out for. Brandon and Todd are fantastic and I appreciate all of the knowledge they have passed on to me.
