Another great experience with Extra Space Storage. We needed another separate smaller area for some specialized items. While I was getting boxes at U-Haul I was behind a customer renting a small storage space. I waited for almost 30 minutes. ESS took about 5 minutes over the phone. Done and in, complete with the lock waiting for us. Outstanding, friendly service, once again.
