  It is very difficult to reach a live person in the appliance department by phone. On the third attempt, the phone rang several times and then someone hung up. I also could not reach anyone in management. The phone rings several times and then a message comes on saying Lowes is working to give great service. But no one answers. I guess this Lowes store needs more staff.

  *Update July 8th Lowes left my floors unfinished. July 8th Lowe's sent and installer to take up all the floor tile in my house that they put down because the other set was destroyed by another customer Lowe's a few weeks ago. On July 7th now it is July 8th the next day they were supposed to pick up all the new tile from the Lowe's on 13th street to finish our floors. I was waiting again for the installer at home no call no show. Finally Ashley from Lowes called my husband to let him know they have no tile at all for my floors at the store they were under the impression we were going to let them use the mix dileca colors on our floors which we did not agree with Cameron or anyone about. Cameron really been trying to help us thanks Cameron for trying make it all make since. Anyway Ashley from Lowe's called my husband at work letting him know they will not be completing the job they have no tile for us. The tile they do have is destroyed. And they are now searching for mor tile. Not sure when the job will start again. Pictures of my floors now are below. Buy small items from Lowe's they are great at that never get a big job like your floors done just speaking from my experience. I never like to give bad reviews. But the experience with this store and my floors have been awful. ****Update Lowe's my floors are still unfinished went through 4th of July house total mess, and Lowe's just started pulling up all the tile July 7th hope to be finished soon. How my house look July 8th pictured below after they pulled up the tile they don't have enough to finish my floors with to replace with the tile they have enough with. ***************************** and the managers at the 13th street location in Gainesville Florida are not answering the phone calls of the managers from another store that trying to reach out to them for us to find out if they have the material they sent them to complete our floors. Date June 29th they are going to try them again tomorrow June 30th. My husband is a Veteran. And he's being treated anything, but like a US Veteran. We were told another customer ran in to or tile at the Lowe's on 13th street in Gainesville, Florida and destroyed it all while the installers were installing the other half at my house. The installer was not able to place it all on his truck because it was to heavy. So he left the other half with a staff member and he said that he was supposed to place it back in the store until he returned. He did not. It was all destroyed by another customer. That last set of tile would had completed my house over the next two days. They no longer carry the tile that was destroyed. The managers at Lowe's called all there stores. They sent my husband pictures of other tile that would match. Not the same. Would take the value of my house down. The manager Carl called my husband and told him that they would have the installers pull all of the old tile up that they put down and replace it with the tile on photo he sent us. We okayed everything. Lowe's was supposed to have someone set and appointment to pull up the tile and place in the new tile. We have not heard nothing. All my furniture is in the rooms and my garage. Tile has been ripped up and my carpet in different areas of my house. I have pictures but for some reason on this review it wont allow me to place them. I will find away and I will place them on Facebook and YouTube if this is not resolved. I tried not to have to go this route but Lowe's has left me no choice. Two days has turned in to weeks and whole lot of excuses and miscommunication between managers. I wont my money back or the job done. Thanks. Lowe's left my home like this even left their equipment. Since June 10th and its the 27th. They say all our new tile and what we need to start and finish pulling up and putting down should be in today the Saturday the 27th. Will give update soon as this happens. Right now this is what my floors and house looks like. Photos are here on my review.

  I placed an online order for curbside pickup on Friday. Called the store late Saturday spoke with customer service Emily, someone was working on it. Now is Sunday still not ready. I chose this store because on line it said they had 8 available. It takes over an hour drive to get to this store.
