    To say I’m frustrated and annoyed is an understatement. We went into Lowe’s 2 months ago to pick out a new washer and dryer as well as a new dishwasher. We found the ones we wanted to go with so we placed the order. When you place the order for delivery and install they don’t schedule you at time of order, their install team needs to call you to schedule. We received a call a couple days later for the washer dryer because the dishwasher hadn’t arrived yet, no big deal. They get here a week later, showed up, and said you need the stackable kit. The install team said “there is no way that Lowe’s would have it because it’s from Samsung.” I was passing Lowe’s and walked to the appliance section and asked the lady at the desk and she handed me a “universal” pack for stackable washers after sighing and acting as if it was the most inconvenient question ever. I went to customer service because it didn’t seem right and the gentleman was nice and helpful and said yes they have a specific one it’s back here. Lo and behold Lowe’s have the stackable kits there… shocker. However the installers were so quick to tell my husband that issue and cancel the install for “reschedule” and bust out the house when I was only 4 minutes away from home. They said we would receive another call from the installers but we didn’t hear anything so I called to see what was going on and they had said that we refused the delivery and weren’t going to call for reschedule. We eventually were able to schedule again but our a week. They get here and the guys were completely rude… as an understatement. I don’t know if it’s because it was stackable or not but the First Gentleman said “it needs a stackable kit we don’t have it” and my husband brought out the kit and he looked at the 2nd guy like we ruined their whole day. Then he was just rude to my husband the entire time. Kept saying things under his breath and just had a bad attitude. At least it was finally installed, now we wait on the dishwasher. 2 weeks ago we still hadn’t heard so checked the order online and it still said backordered so I called Lowe’s to see what was going on. She said they had one in the back and they’re install team would call us in 1-2 business days to schedule. Of course day 1 was a Friday and day 2 was a Tuesday. What ever. Didn’t hear so my husband called and they said that they stopped stocking them… but they were going to give us one that was a level up at no additional cost. They were going to use it as the floor model but they hadn’t opened it yet and then it was scheduled for today. Only for the install team to call us 10 minutes before the start arrival time to say they can’t install it because it’s been opened… $3.5k may mean nothing to Lowe’s. But to spend that kind of money and have a trust that you’ll receive your product with ease is just a joke to them. If you can go somewhere else for appliances then do that. If not, make sure they actually have it in stock otherwise you may never receive your purchase or get flack from the installer when finally arrive.

    I went to the Lowes on 13 Street to change paint color. Robert in the paint center knew his paints. He got several paint colors to choose from. He was very helpful

    Why does no one answer the phone?? I’ve tried the Alachua store and the Gainesville one for the last thirty minutes and I have yet to speak to anyone!!

    Great store, I went in to buy a lawnmower, zero turn. The only one they had was the floor model. I had stated that I had brought my truck with trailer in since on the web it stated they had one in stock. The lady waved the delivery fee and it will be at my house in two days. All of the workers there were friendly and knowlable about all of the questions that I had.

    Repeated issues using military discount at self checkout. Today at roughly 1330, self checkout lady refused to match name on debit card to name on account to override the ID scan. Went to pro desk and checked out just fine. Rude Asian woman. I think I’ll be going to Home Depot, in the future.
