  Florida Leisure is the best! We are in the process of selling and had to decide whether to attempt get a huge spa working or having our pool cage destroyed to get rid of it. Our pool cage is still standing and our spa looks like new. It even has a wave generator that looks like you could surf. Just kidding but the therapeutic pump is amazing! 👍👍👍🤓

  We've lived in Florida for six years and have had many service technicians come to our home during that time. I can honestly say that Davy was the most professional technician we've worked with. From the moment he arrived, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. I was becoming frustrated while trying to work through the AquaTech link and internet connection issues with our pool system, but Davy never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Instead, he calmly reassured me that everything was okay and took the time to explain every step he was taking. Not only did he fix the lighting and system issues we were having, but he also corrected problems that had been lingering from previous service visits. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right were impressive. What stood out most was his work ethic, professionalism, and genuine care for the customer. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Davy is a true standout. He represents his company exceptionally well, and I would gladly recommend him to anyone. And as a bonus, he even took a few minutes to play with Jack, our Black Lab, throwing his ball into the pool and making his day. That small act of kindness says a lot about the kind of person Davy is. Thank you, Davy, for your outstanding service, your patience, and for taking the time to make sure everything was working properly. We truly appreciate it!

  Florida Leisure Pool & Spa made getting a new pool pump and salt system very easy. I called, got a quote the next day from Nancy, Ed came out and installed the equipment. Very professional, he installed easy to turn valves, eliminated multiple elbows and piping which streamlined the flow. Highly recommended and very reasonably priced. I will defiantly use them for any future needs.

  THANK YOU so much Florida Leisure Pool & Spa!! We bought an old Ocala house with a hot tub that hadn't been used in eight years... and Ed got it working like a charm!! He found the leak (well more than one), repaired broken parts, made new parts fit in holes that were too small (parts for our exact tub are no longer available)... etc. AND he did it all with a smile on his face, a good sense of humor, and unending patience (we asked a lot of stupid questions). We are so happy that we found FLP&S. Highly recommend for hot tub repairs/service... they are honest, knowledgable, reasonably priced, and up front about costs!
