  For many years, Fuse has been my first choice for major appliances. Eric is a terrific ambassador and provides great customer service. They have installed every appliance in my kitchen and most recently, my washer and dryer. I highly recommend them!!

  Finally stopped by this appliance store after putting it off for way too long lol. My old dishwasher had gotten to the point where a single load seemed to take forever, and even though I considered having it repaired, I figured it was finally time for an upgrade. That dishwasher served me well for over two years, but man... I was ready for something faster, quieter and a little more modern. The staff here made choosing a replacement surprisingly easy. I told them what I didn't like about my old dishwasher and what I was looking for in a new one, and they actually took their time walking me through the different options. They explained things like wash cycles, capacity, drying features, noise levels and energy efficiency in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated that they weren't just throwing technical terms at me or immediately pushing the most expensive model. They helped me narrow things down based on what would actually make sense for my household and budget. The installation experience was just as smooth. The team arrived prepared, removed the old unit, installed the new dishwasher neatly and made sure everything was connected and working properly before wrapping up. They even walked me through the basic controls and answered the last few questions I had. I've already noticed how much quicker and more convenient doing the dishes feels now, and I definitely don't miss waiting forever for my old machine 😂 Great experience from shopping all the way through installation, and I'm really happy I finally decided to upgrade.

  Horrible experience with Fuse. The only thing that worked correctly was them collecting payment. Shannon the sales person got nothing correct with the order. We had to follow up several times after waiting several weeks and it appeared she had not completed the order correctly. As a result a portion of the order was going to be delivered one week after the bulk of the appliances. We ordered an entire kitchen of Sub Zero and Wolf appliances. When we received no information regarding the delivery of the delayed item, we followed up again and found out she had not scheduled it for delivery. She was impossible to reach and never returned calls. The installation was a disaster. We provided our project manager with all of the product specs and he provided an overview of the electrical and plumbing changes required. We made all changes, but Shannon came to our house 2 days prior to installation and told us several items had to be revised. She scheduled a Fuse technician to come the next day to provide additional details on the electrical and plumbing changes we would have to make, again. The technician came and provided different instructions from those provided by Shannon. When we and the cabinet installer starting asking him questions, he became belligerent, told us he only speaks to one person, and left our home without completing the consultation. At this point we went to the Fuse showroom to get assistance and spoke with the Manager Virginia. She made me wait 15 minute even those I called ahead to let her know I was coming. She provided me print outs from notes the technician provided her and sent me away with her phone number. When the installers came and immediately told us the electrical and plumbing was not correct. I called Virginia and she offered no assistance to resolve the issue. When the installer unpacked the products they realized they were wrong and we did have the correct set up. If you are looking for high quality high end appliance dealer do not go to Fuse. Was a disaster from beginning to end and the management offered no assistance when things got challenging.

  Great team! Had a really good experience with them from start to finish. They installed my dishwasher with no hassle at all and made the whole thing way easier than I expected. They showed up ready to get it done and everything went pretty smoothly. What I appreciated most was that they actually took the time to explain everything to me instead of just installing it and leaving. They walked me through what they were doing, answered my questions and made sure everything was working properly before they finished. Really friendly guys too and easy to talk to. Overall super happy with the service. No unnecessary stress, no confusion, just a smooth installation and a team that knows what they're doing. Would definitely call them again if I need another appliance installed.
