  I bought my Thermador Sapphire Dishwasher at Fuse Speciality Appliances & Plumbing and can confidently say it is the best appliance store in the County, The selection of premium, high-end products is truly impressive and beautifully displayed, making it easy to envision them in your own home.   Fuse appliances does not stand behind their products. I don’t even know if their appliances are new or refurbished . I bought what I thought was brand new whirlpool dryer. From the moment it was plugged in it was so loud and the inner drum was not aligned. They didn’t replace it. They have sent a repair company 5 times to fix it and hold no account accountability or pride in service and customer satisfaction. When I call my salesman John Torres he never returns my call. Take your hard earned money and buy appliances elsewhere where the company cares about the customer . Fuse doesn’t.

  We have a great experience with Fuse when we bought all our appliances with them. Specially Eduardo Villalobos , our sales rep , he was very helpful and always available in all the process until all the installation was done. . He also helped us with the Bosch rebate when we encounter a problem l will do it all over again with them !

  I purchased a Sub-Zero refrigerator from this company more than three months ago, and I am extremely disappointed with both their customer service and their failure to honor the commitments they made. After experiencing significant installation problems caused by the company’s installers, I repeatedly contacted the company for over 90 days seeking a resolution. Unfortunately, my concerns were never satisfactorily addressed. I spoke numerous times with Adam, the salesperson on Florida’s West Coast store , and with Jeffry Rogan, East Coast Director. Despite multiple conversations and assurances, nothing was done to resolve the issue. A company that sells premium appliances should stand behind its products, its installation services, and the promises it makes to its customers. Instead, I was left to deal with an ongoing problem without meaningful support or accountability. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I sincerely hope the company improves its customer service and follows through on its commitments to future customers. If I could give zero stars, I would—but unfortunately, that’s not an option. 👎👎👎👎👎
