- KKKen KOct 28, 20215.0We bought a new home in Fruitland Park Florida, Tri County had been servicing the pool for the previous owner. We were sad to leave our previous pool company but they didn't service this area so we decided to give Ray and Tri County a go. Their pool maintenance and cleaning services are reasonably priced. The maintenance man Bryant is professional and knowledgeable. We also had them install a new gas pool heater. Ray provided us with a written quote quickly by email. They accomplished the job quickly and affordably. Showed up on the promised day and time. The 333,000 btu Heater works great. They did a clean install, labeled everything, cleaned up after themselves, and even hauled the dead heater away. Their installer/repair technician, Mike is extremely smart. He took the time to explain everything, all the settings, and how to use the bypass if necessary. While "walking me through" even more about the pool, He discovered a problem with the in-floor pool cleaning system. Mike showed me exactly what was wrong, and the parts that needed to be replaced. He had the parts on the truck and took care of the problem immediately. We also identified a safety issue with the spa's drain, they had to order the part, it arrived quickly and they came out and installed it. It happened so fast we didn't even realize that they had been back out and taken care of it so quickly. We're super pleased with this company's responsiveness, professionalism, quality of work, and their entire staff. I've talked with each of their team members that came out to provide service, each has been with company multiple years. It's a good sign that a company retains quality employees. It means that the people caring for my pool are experienced. That matters to me. Good pool companies are hard to find, if you are reading this review you've found a good one.
