  It has been a pleasure working with the Louden Pools Team on our new pool. Starting with the pool designer Nickolas and then wrapping up final design elements with Sarah, the whole experience has been a great one and we are very happy with our new pool! We highly recommend Louden Pools!

  Pool is being completed sooner than expected! Everything is looking beautiful. Glad I chose Louden. They communicated through every step of the process and answered any and all questions in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend them!

  Poor or no customer service and promises that do not deliver for scheduling and completion. Our pool took 5 months to complete and we experienced several weeks at a time with little or no activity and no communication. The experience required countless phone calls to find out about progress only to be told that the contact person was not available which resulted in a return call several days later, if at all. Within one year of completion several stress cracks appeared at points of stress where expansion cuts should have been placed and were not. They did respond and caulked the cracks and repainted the deck. Several months later the previous stress cracks reappeared along with others in locations around the pool. We contracted with a concrete expert who made additional new expansion cuts where they should have been initially which cost us an additional $1500. Painful experience overall! Would not recommend this pool company.
